Shipping & Delivery

Products are usually shipped out within 48 hours of ordering (except Saturdays and Sundays). When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing detailed shipping information such as your shipment tracking number.

We will not share or sell any information you enter on our website with outside companies, individuals, or mailing lists.

Ordering

Ordering couldn't be more simple. Just find the product(s) you want, add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. You will then have the options to enter your shipping and billing information and payment options. Once payment has been made we will begin processing your order and prepare it for shipping.

Payment & Pricing

You will be presented with payment options during your checkout process. You may pay for orders securely using any major credit card or bank account through PayPal. Having a registered Paypal account is not necessary to use the payment service. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Items will not ship until checks have completely cleared.

Viewing Orders

A list of detailed order information is available by logging into your account with your email and password and then navigating to My Orders from your dashboard.

Updating Account Information

You can update your R&D Scents account information (email, addresses, password, etc) at any time by visiting My Account. Just login with your email and password. Options are then available from your dashboard on the left.
